IoT & Hardware Development in Bhilai, Durg & Raipur

We build connected devices and the software that makes their data useful: sensors, controllers and embedded firmware wired into dashboards and alerts. Hardware and software come from one team, so nothing gets lost between them.

(01)

Devices that report back

Most IoT projects start with a question someone keeps answering by walking over and checking. Is the tank full? Did the machine stop? Is the cold room still cold? How long did the motor run today?

We build a small device that answers it on its own. A sensor measures, a microcontroller reads it, and the reading travels over Wi-Fi or a cellular link to a server that stores it, shows it on a dashboard and sends an alert when a value crosses a limit.

(02)

What we build

Our devices run on ESP32-class microcontrollers, which are inexpensive, well supported and have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built in. Typical builds include temperature and humidity monitoring, water and tank level sensing, machine run-time and power monitoring, attendance and access devices, and remote relay control for pumps and lights.

For factories and workshops, that often means reading an existing machine without modifying it: a current sensor on the supply line, an optical sensor on a counter, or a signal taken from a control panel through proper isolation.

(03)

The software half

Data from a device is only useful if someone looks at it. We build the dashboard, the alert rules and, where it helps, a mobile app, on the same stack we use for our software work. Readings are stored with timestamps, so you can look back at last week, not just at right now.

Firmware is written for real conditions: it reconnects after a network drop, buffers readings while offline, and can be updated over the air, so a fix doesn't mean a site visit.

(04)

Prototype first, then scale

We start with a working prototype on a development board, test it in your actual environment and calibrate the sensors there, because real sensors drift and real sites are electrically noisy. Once it holds up, we move to a sturdier build and an enclosure suited to the site.

We are based in Bhilai and can visit sites in Durg, Raipur and across Chhattisgarh. For clients elsewhere in India, we ship tested units and support them remotely.

(Questions)

Asked often.

How much does an IoT project cost?

The cost depends on how many devices you need, which sensors they use, the power and connectivity on site (mains or battery, Wi-Fi or cellular), how tough the enclosure must be, and how much the dashboard has to do. A single prototype is the cheapest way to find out what works. We quote after a short call and, when needed, a site visit.

How long does it take to build an IoT prototype?

A working prototype for one sensor-to-dashboard use case typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on parts availability. Going from a prototype to a batch of installed units adds time for enclosures, testing and installation.

Can you connect our existing machines?

Often, yes. Many machines can be read from the outside with current, vibration or optical sensors, without opening the controller. Where a machine has a data port such as Modbus, we can read it directly. We confirm what is possible before quoting.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The device keeps measuring, stores readings locally and uploads them once the connection returns. Alerts that must work offline can also trigger a local buzzer or relay.

Do you maintain devices after installation?

Yes. Firmware updates go over the air, and the dashboard flags any device that goes offline, so we usually know before you call. Hardware faults are handled on site nearby and by replacement units further away.
