AI makes mistakes, so we design for them. Every automation logs what it read, what it decided and why. Low-confidence results go to a review queue instead of straight into your books, and you can see and correct anything it has done.
Your data goes only to the model provider the workflow needs, through business API plans where the provider does not train on it. Sensitive fields stay out of prompts wherever the task allows.

We begin by looking at the actual work: which files arrive, what your staff does with them, where it goes wrong. Then we build one workflow, run it beside your team for a short trial, and compare its output against theirs before it runs on its own.

What can AI automation do for a small business?

How much does AI automation cost?
There are two parts: building the workflow and running it. Build cost depends on how many systems it connects to and how messy the incoming documents or messages are. Running cost is the model usage per document or message, which we estimate before you commit. We quote after a short call where we look at the real work.
Is our business data safe with AI tools?
We send data only to the model provider a workflow needs, on API plans where it is not used for training. Results are stored in your own database, and every action is logged so you can audit it. Where a field is not needed for the task, it never leaves your system.
How long does it take to set up an automation?
A single focused workflow, such as invoice reading or first replies on WhatsApp, typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to build, followed by a short trial alongside your team. Larger automations are built one workflow at a time.
Can it handle Hindi documents and messages?
Yes. Current language models read and write Hindi well, including mixed Hindi and English messages. We test with your real documents before go-live, since handwriting and poor scans are harder than typed text. Project calls can be in Hindi too.
